Mr. Paul Edward " Goodtime Charlie" McNeill, 63, of Bunnlevel, NC, died on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Highsmith Rainey Hospital in Fayetteville, NC.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. in Walker Memorial Chapel, 163 Irene Roberts Rd., Lillington, NC 27546.

Left to cherish his many memories are son, Derrick Elliott, of Linden, NC, sister; Lois McNeill, of Erwin, NC, special friend Jacqueline (Jackie) Elliott, of Linden, NC and many he loved cherished.
