Frances Deloris (King) Winston

Ms. Frances Delores King Winston was called to her eternal rest on Thursday morning, January 4, 2018 at 7:01 a.m. 

The youngest daughter of the late, James Cicero and Eula Lucas King, Frances was born on January 13, 1937 in Spring Lake, North Carolina.

Frances was preceded in death by her loving parents, James Cicero and Eula Lucas King; David Lee Winston; her son, Quentin Marlo Winston; three brothers, Cicero, Robert and Maxwell King.

Frances’ precious memories will forever live on in our hearts.  She is survived by her two daughters, Anita Winston of East Orange, New Jersey and Eulalia  Winston Russell of Union,  New Jersey; four grandchildren, Tyisha Winston Daniels (Dejuan), Deshawn Winston, Shakir Winston, James Holmes 111, nine great grandchildren; Cozmeir, Ramel, Dj, Ayanah, De’ja, Quadir, Deshawn, Jr., Shawnae and Maliah; one sister,  Ms. Theresa King Hicks of Spring Lake, North Carolina; two brothers, Mr. Alton King and Mr. Sterling (Frances) King of Spring Lake, North Carolina; one sister-in-law, Vera (Tommy) Breakley, Somerset, New Jersey and one brother-in-law, Mr. Paul Winston of Newark, New Jersey;  and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends—all of whom she loved dearly.

A Viewing will be held from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 AM, with the Funeral Service following the viewing, beginning at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, January 11, 2018, Solid Rock Baptist Church, 644 Chancellor Ave., Irvington, New Jersey by Reverend Dr. Reginald Pitts, Pastor. Interment will take place immediately after the service in Hollywood Memorial Park & Cemetery, 1500 Stuyvesant Avenue, Union, New Jersey.
