Mr. Johnny Dowdy, 70, of Lillington, NC, passed away on Sunday, February 24, 2019 at Cape Fear Valley Hospital, Fayetteville, NC.
Friends are being received at home of brother Michael (Vergie) Dowdy, located at: 9652 NC 27 West, Lillington, NC 27546.
A Viewing and Visitation with the family will be held on Friday, March 1, 2019 at 11:00 am, Walker Funeral Home Chapel, 163 Irene Roberts Rd, Lillington, NC 27546.
Left to cherish Mr. Johnny memories are; three sisters; Wanda,Carolyn and Janie, three brothers; Willie, Tony and Michael (Vergie), sister in law; Valerie(Grover), nine nieces, six great nieces,one great great niece, two nephews, six great nephews, one great great nephew, a very special and dear to his heart niece, Donna McIver, a host of other relatives and friends at Pinecrest Garden.
The family would like to give a very big” thank -you” to the caregiver, nurses and staff at Pinecrest Gardens assisted living facility.
