Lugenia (Walker) Ram

Ms. Lugenia  Walker Ram, 78, passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2019 at Cornerstone Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Dunn, NC.

Extended family and friends are being received at the home of daughter; RoxAnn Hills, located at 611 South Powell Ave, Apt 1506, Dunn, NC.

Ms. Lugenia Walker Ram was born January 29, 1941 to the late Alton and Eula Mae Walker. She was the eldest daughter of 9 children and the family resided in Harnett County.

Ms. Lugenia is survived by three children: RoxAnn Hills of Dunn N.C., La Carr Hills of Stockton, C.A., and De Verne Hills of Bunnlevel, N.C., two sisters, Barbara Johnson (Robert) of Dunn, N.C.,  Elaine Crosby of Eureka Springs, N.C., one sister-in-law, Nellie Rose Walker of Fayetteville, N.C., two brothers, Gerald Walker (Mary Lou) of Newburgh, N.Y., and John Walker (Esther) of Baltimore, M.D., one aunt, Venia James of Sanford, N.C., thirteen grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.  

A Celebration of Life will held at Walker Funeral Home Chapel, 163 Irene Roberts Rd, Lillington, NC, Saturday, September 14, 2019 at 1:00 p.m., following immediately by the visitation  held from12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m .

Interment will follow immediately after the service in Resthaven Cemetery, Dunn, NC.
