Mr. Charles Jerome Murchison, 61, of Sanford, NC, departed this life on Saturday, May 28, 2016 at Central Carolina Hospital, Sanford, NC.

Friends are being received at home of Antwain Murchison and Riscoe Blue located at 2074 Seneca Drive, Fayetteville, NC 28301.

Mr. Charles leaves to cherish his loving memories, wife, Joyce Mitchell-Murchison, of Sanford, NC; three children, Antwain Mitchell, of Fayetteville, NC, LeNina Mitchell, of Detroit, Michigan, Marcus Murchison, of Detroit, Michigan; his mother, Mary Murchison and step-father, Theodore Campbell, of Lillington, NC; two brothers, Graham Murchison, of Lillington, NC, D’Andre Murchison, of Bunnlevel, NC and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

A Viewing for Mr. Charles will be held from 1:00 pm to 5:00pm on Friday, June 3, 2016 at Walker Memorial Chapel, 163 Irene Roberts Road, Lillington, NC 27546. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at 2:00pm at Andrew’s Chapel AME-Zion Church, 2009 McLean Chapel Church Rd, Bunnlevel, NC 28323.
