Adrian " Poppa" LaVon Williams

Mr. Adrian “Poppa” LaVon Williams of Lillington, NC passed away on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at Central Harnett Hospital, Lillington, NC.

Extended family and friends are being received at the home of his mother, Mrs. Iris Tobin, located at 95 Abram Court, Broadway, NC 27505 and his aunt  Edith "Ms. Penny" Williams, located at 3252 Bunnlevel- Erwin Rd, Erwin, NC.

God has a reason for allowing things to happen...We may never understand his wisdom but we simply have to trust His will…

To cherish all the wonderful memories he leaves: His mother, Iris Williams Tobin (Kabala) of Broadway, NC; sisters, LaShauna Williams of Erwin, NC, and Antonia Smith of Bunnlevel, NC; nephews, Ikele McNeill, Dearrion Smith, Byron Smith and Tyshawn Smith, all of Dunn, NC; godchildren, Corporal Jay-Von Rivera, Darwin, Australia, Chevin Rivera ad Lucian Marquez, Spring Lake, NC, Ziamiri Williams, Dunn, NC, Alexandria Wynn, Dunn, NC, and Da’vid Kavon Williams, Jr., Dunn, NC; and a host of special aunts, uncles, and cousins who were like siblings, other family and friends including Nekecha McKoy and family.  

If in attendance for Visitation or Graveside, please wear a Mask or Facial Covering and respect the Governor's Executive Order Number 120 and the family wishes, with no more than 10 individuals at any one time. 

A Visitation will be held Sunday, September 20, 2020 at Walker Funeral Home Chapel, 163 Irene Roberts Road, Lillington, NC, from 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM, with no more than 10 individuals at any one time.

Graveside Service will follow the Visitation, beginning at 2:00 PM, at Riverside Community Cemetery, Erwin, NC. 

Due to COVID-19, the Governor of North Carolina has asked that all gatherings be limited to no more than 50 people including staff and all attendees such as clergy, ushers, musicians etc.
