Ms. Alison Peterson , 42 , of Sanford, NC pass away on Monday, May 29, 2023.

Extended family and friends are being received at the home of her parents : Robert and Alice Peterson, located at : 161 Timberline Drive, Sanford, NC 27322.(between 12:00 p.m - 8:00 p.m)

Ms. Alison leaves to cherish her memories her parents; Robert Sr. and Alice Peterson, grandmother; Beatrice White, of the home, three sisters; Gwendolyn White-Butler(Tim), of Newark, NJ, Latusah Vondee (Phillip), of Hampton, GA and Shamonique Miles, of Sanford, NC; two brothers; Michael A. Peterson, of Fort Hood, Texas and Robert Peterson Jr. (Tenesha), of Spring Lake, NC; Godmother; Cathy Wicker, of Millburn, New Jersey, one aunt; Mary A. Pearson (Robert), of Sumter, SC, seven uncles; Edward White Jr, of Creedmoor, NC, Lawrence Peterson (Genevous), of Sumter, SC, Larry Peterson, of Columbia, SC, Leroy Peterson, of Greensboro, NC, Johnnie Peterson, Leon Peterson and Gary Peterson (Dot), of Bishopville, SC, six nieces; Brittany White ,of the home, Brittany Peterson ,of Texas, Tyeisha Brown ,of Hampton, GA, Tamia Butler, of Newark, NJ, Nalice Vondee and Jennifer Vondee ,of Hampton, GA, three Nephews; Tre Peterson, of Bishopville, SC, Kevin Vondee, of Hampton, GA and Jauan Butler, of Newark, NJ, two great-nieces; Paris Moore, of the home and Irish Peterson, of  Bishopville, SC; four great nephews; Trenton Peterson, of Bishopville, SC, Oliver Peterson, of Pittsboro, NC, Bryson Peterson and Brenton Peterson, of Texas, Lifelong spiritual friend; Kareem Mack, of Woodbridge, NJ, and a host of 1st cousins, other family and friends that she loved and adored.

 A Celebration of Life for Ms. Alison will be held on Friday, June 9, 2023, 12:00 p.m., Norrington AME Zion Church, 184 Norrington Rd, Lillington, NC.

Interment will take place immediately after service in Norrington AME Zion Church Cemetery.
