Mr. Alonzo Powell, 56, of Fayetteville, NC, passed away on Monday, December 26, 2022, at Cape Fear Valley Hospital, Fayetteville, NC.
Extended family and friends are being received at the home of his mother; Stephanie (William) Watson, located at: 12 Pioneer Court, Lillington, NC 27546.
If in attendance during Visitation or Services, Mask or Facial Covering Required.
A Celebration of Life for Mr. Alonzo Powell will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2023, Viewing will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Norrington AME Zion Church, 184 Norrington Rd, Lillington, NC 27546 . Services will immediately follow the Viewing beginning at 11:30 a.m.
Interment will take place at 2:00 p.m. in Sandhills Veteran Cemetery, 310 Murchison Rd, Spring Lake, NC.
