Armelia (Sanford) Crawford

Ms. Armelia Crawford, 93, of 168 Cedar Grove School Rd, Lillington, NC , passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2019 at Cornerstone Nursing and Rehab Center, Dunn, NC.

Extended family and friends are being received at the home.    She leaves to cherish her memories: one son Robert Crawford of the home, one daughter Malinda Sanders (Arthur) home and Rocky Mount. One brother Clyde Sanford of Lillington. Grandchildren:  Arthur Shabazz Sanders Jr, Shaunda Walker (Larry) of New York, Sherroyd Sanders, Shamar Sanders and De’Kista McKinney, Mississippi, God-daughter Willa Mae Batts.  Great grandchildren: Xavier McKinney, Jhakiri Brooks, Jailin Green, Niygerion Sanders, Daqua Sanders (Shauna Pitts), Larry Walker, Jr, Jada McKoy, Kamari and Kemora Sanders and Demarea Sanders.  Her beloved nephews: Leroy Elliott (Thelba) and Durwood Matthews (Sherry), Irving Hinnant (Wesley, Kayana and Tia Hinnant), Beloved great nieces: Ebony Hinnant and Brittany Brownlee.  Beloved cousins: Debra, Sabrina, and Antonio Ash of Lillington and Joyce Justice, JC Justice Jr., and Nancy Young of Wake Forest.  Loving care giver Vickie Massey and a host of family and friends. 

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2019, at 1:00 p.m., Walker Funeral Home Chapel, 163 Irene Roberts Rd, Lillington, NC 27546.

Interment will take place immediately after service in Resthaven Cemetery, Dunn, NC
