Mr. Charles Edward McKethan, 69, of 101 Sandstone Lane, Autryville, NC, passed away on Friday, October 30, 2020 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.
Extended family and friends are being received at the home. PLEASE WEAR MASK.
Mr. Charles leaves to cherish his many memories his loving wife of 48 years, Betty Lou Dawson McKethan, of the home, two daughters; Sharlene (Eugene) Christian, of Godwin, NC and Tonia (Roderick) Linsey, of Autryville, NC, seven grandchildren; Jasmine, Donte, Imahni, Joi, Ashley, Lamea, and Justin, one sister Shirley (Ronald) Barns ,of Dunn NC, five brothers; Stanley (Lilllie) McKethan, of Autryville, NC, Earl McKethan, of Philadelphia, PA, Robert (Lee) McKethan, of Godwin, NC, Garry McKethan, of Columbia, SC and Quincy (Gretchen) McKethan, of Stevensville, MD, three surviving aunts and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Per the family, if in attendance during Visitation or Services, please wear a Mask or Facial Covering.
Visitation will be held Monday, November 2, 2020, at Walker Funeral Home Chapel, 163 Irene Roberts Road, Lillington, NC, from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm, with no more than 10 individuals at any one time.
A Viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.,Services following the viewing beginning at 1:00 p.m.,at Walker Funeral Home Chapel, Lillington, NC.
Due to COVID-19, the Governor of North Carolina has asked that all gatherings be limited to no more than 50 people including staff and all attendees such as clergy, ushers, musicians etc.
