Charleston “ Don C-no” Lashawn Morris

Mr. Charleston “ Don C-no” Lashawn Morris, 37, of Benson, NC, passed away on Monday, May 13, 2024, in Conway, SC.

Extended family and friends are being received at the home of his mother; Velma (Clarence) McLean, located at 2818 Walker Rd, Linden, NC and his father; Thurman Morris Jr., located at 5051 NC HWY 217, Erwin, NC.

Charleston is survived by his loving parents, Velma (Clarence) McLean and Thurman Morris Jr., one and only child; Chenzi Morris and his special friend, Kierra Simons. He will be deeply missed by his devoted siblings; sisters; Jacklin Davis, Mindy Barrett, Brandi Morris, Crystal Thompson, Veltina McLean, Tiffany McLean, god sister; Jatava Morris, brothers; Clarence Johnson (Keandra), Thurman Morris III, Silas Moore, Cedric Moore, and Thurenzo Speight. Charleston leaves behind a large and loving family, including many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends who will forever hold his memory dear.

Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, June 9, 2024 at 3:00 p.m, at Walker Funeral Home and Cremation 163 Irene Roberts Rd, Lillington, NC.

Interment will take place immediately after service in Riverside Community Cemetery, Erwin, NC.
