Dennis McNeill

Mr. Dennis McNeill, 74, of 3839 Bunnlevel-Erwin Rd, Erwin, NC, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2020, at UNC Hospital, Chapel Hill, NC.

Extended family and friends are being received at his home.

Mr. Dennis leaves to cherish his fond memories: two sons, Brian Aubrey McLean, of Rochester, MN, Patrick McNeill, of Brooklyn, NY, daughter, Chandra McNeill, of Dunn, NC, four grandchildren, Kenneth Blue, of Erwin, NC,; Nylah McNeill, of Brooklyn, NY, Cyndie McLean, of Las Vegas, NV and Helena “Tootie”Council, of Japan, three sisters, Hattie Smith, of Erwin, NC  Alberta (Aaron) McKoy, of Maryland and Clara T (Henry) Brown, of Erwin, NC, sister in-laws, Bessie McNeill and Brenda McNeill, both of Erwin, NC, brothers, John McNeill of Erwin, NC and Henry (Martha) McNeill, of Florida, along with a host of nieces,nephews,cousins and special friends.

A Viewing will be held on Saturday, February 29, 2020, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (family will be present at 2:30 p.m.), Funeral Services following the viewing beginning at 3:00 p.m., Oak Grove AME Zion Church,3920 Bunnlevel-Erwin Rd, Erwin, NC 28339.

Interment will take place immediately after service in Riverside Community Cemetery.
