Edna McNeill

Mrs. Edna McNeill, 65, of Dunn, NC, passed away on Friday, November 1, 2019, at UNC Chapel Hill, NC.

Extended family and friends are being received at the home of daughter: Teresa Amerson, located at: 307 W Canary Street, Dunn, NC 28334.

Ms. McNeill leaves to cherish her life: her husband, James H. McNeill of the home; six daughters, Melissa Wright (Michael), Teresa Amerson (Otis), Katresa McMillan (Tawain), Shikita McLeod (John), Clarissa Brindle (Trevor), and Jamie McNeill all of Dunn, NC; one daughter, Lois McNeill of Columbus, OH; two sons, James Pressley (Linda) of Dunn, NC and James McNeill (Stacy) of Fayetteville, NC; first grandchild, India McNeill of the home; thirty-two grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren; seven sisters, Margret Ballentine of Apopka, FL, Bessie McLaughlin (Joe), Florence Wynn, both of Fayetteville, NC, Susan Wynn, Jessie Wynn, Elaine Wynn, and Patricia Durant (Robert), all of Dunn, NC; one brother, James Wynn of Dunn, NC; one uncle, Marvin Chance, Sr., of Dunn, NC; ten sisters-in-law; six brothers-in-law and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. 

Viewing will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2019, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 p.m., Services following the viewing beginning at 1:00 pm.m., Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 702 Maple Avenue, Dunn, NC 28334.  

Interment will take place immediately following the funeral services at Resthaven Cemetery, 500 S. Burke Street, Dunn, NC.
