Ervin " June Bug" Bass

Ervin “ June Bug” Bass, 44, of Bunnlevel, NC, passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2020, at his residence.

Extended family and friends are being received at the home of his father, Irvin (Patricia ) Bass, located at, 940 Temple Rd, Bunnlevel, NC. and the home of his sister, Tonya Bass-McLean, located at 67 RE Thomas Lane, Erwin( Bunnlevel), NC.

“Junebug" leaves his to cherish his memories to three children: Monterio Rosando, of Fayetteville,  ZaKeya McLean,of Lillington, and Juan Bass, of Spring Lake; one grandson; Jeremiah J. Hankerson, of Lillington; his mother; Mary Bass, of Fayetteville; his father; Irvin Bass (Patricia), of Bunnlevel; siblings; LaTonya Bass-McLean, of Bunnlevel and Timothy Bass, of Garner; grandmother Corina Bass, of Bunnlevel; two nieces: LaToya Bass, of Bunnlevel and Jamya Bass ,of Fuquay; six nephews: Zedrick Bass (Monesha), of Bunnlevel, Tyree Massey, of Winston-Salem, Da’Treveon Bass, of Bunnlevel, Deron Bass, of Fayetteville, Dylon & Jaylen Bass, both of Garner; two great nieces: A’Ziya and Hazel Bass, both of Bunnlevel, two great nephews and godsons: Ta’Marion and Ty’Jae Bass, both of Bunnlevel; a special friend Latosha Willams, of the home; godfather Gerald Bass, of Bunnlevel; godbrothers: Roddy Ray, Cedrick Bass, and Clifton Council; nine aunts; eleven uncles; several cousins and a host of friends who all loved him dearly.

A Viewing will be held Saturday, April 4, 2020 at the Walker Funeral Home and Cremation Chapel, 163 Irene Roberts Rd Lillington, NC, from 12:00pm - 3:00pm with no more than 10 individuals at any one time.

Graveside service will be conducted Saturday, April 4, 2020 at 4:00pm at Lillington First Baptist Missionary Church Cemetery, Bailey Way, Lillington, NC.

Due to COVID-19, the Governor of North Carolina has asked that all gatherings be limited to no more than 50 people including staff and all attendees such as clergy, ushers, musicians etc. Please check with the family to see if you are invited.
