Ms. Gloria Walker 55, of 202 E. Lofton St., Lillington, NC passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2021 at her residence.

Extended family and friends are being received at the home. 

Visitation hours at the home are from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and you are REQUIRED to wear a Mask or Facial Covering. Please Respect the family, and refrain from hugging and kissing. Remember to do what we’re required to do...Wash, Wait and Wear your mask.

PLEASE DO NOT BRING FOOD AT THIS TIME.

Left to cherish Gloria’s memories are sisters: Cynthia A. Taylor and Pamela Walker, both of Lillington, NC, Brenda King (Denver) of Sanford, NC, and Sheila Jones of Clayton, NC; brother, Henry Walker, Jr. (Debbie), of Fuquay Varina, NC; nieces, Michelle Taylor and Shaneka Duckworth, both of Lillington, NC, and Sheronda Johnson of Sanford, NC; nephews, Eric Walker of Lillington, NC and Justin Walker of Fuquay Varina, NC; special great nephew who she loved dearly, Semaj Taylor of Lillington, NC; and special friend, Calvin “Country Boy” Underhill.  

If in attendance in home, Visitation or during Service, wear a Mask or Facial Covering.

A Visitation will be held Friday, February 12, 2021, Walker Funeral Home Chapel,163 Irene Roberts Road, Lillington, NC, from 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM, with no more than 10 individuals at any one time.

Services will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2021 beginning at 3:00 PM at Walker Funeral Home Chapel, 163 Irene Roberts Road, Lillington, NC, with no more than 50 people in attendance.  

Please check with the family to see if you are invited.

The service will be live-streamed on the Walker Funeral Home Facebook Page.  

Interment will take place immediately following the service, at Lillington First Presbyterian Church Cemetery, 861 Shawtown Road, Lillington, NC.

Due to COVID-19, the Governor of North Carolina has asked that all gatherings be limited to no more than 50 people including staff and all attendees such as clergy, ushers, musicians etc.
