Gus "Alex" Alexander Hicks, II

Gus " Alex"  Alexander Hicks II, 51, of Bristol, VA, formerly of Bunnlevel, NC, passed away on Monday, January 6, 2025.

He is preceded in death by his mother; Mary Ann Hicks and grandparents; James and Elizabeth Hicks and Charles and Rachel Maxey.

Gus leaves to cherish his memories, his father; Gus Alexander Hicks, of Fredericksburg,VA, daughter; Mia Hicks,of Fredericksburg,VA, son; Jayden Hicks, of Harrisonburg,VA, four sisters; Octavia (Rufus) Dykes, of Fredericksburg,VA, Sherrie Rogers, of Linden,NC, Valencia Hicks Graham, of Fayetteville,NC and Sutthida Rangkeo, of Fredericksburg,VA, brother; Anthony Hicks, of Fredericksburg,VA , seven aunts, three uncles, three nieces; Tameka, Myia  and Kaneisha, seven nephews; Terrance, Kentrell, James, Lamar, Tyrone, Marvin, Christopher and a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Viewing will be held on Friday, January 17, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Walker Funeral Home Chapel, 163 Irene Roberts Rd, Lillington,NC.

Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., Walker Funeral Home Chapel, Lillington, NC.

Interment will take place immediately after service in Resthaven Cemetery, Dunn, NC.
