Obituary
Mr. James Curtis Pegues, 69, of Dunn, NC, passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2023 at Cape Fear Valley Hospital, Fayetteville, NC.
James is survived by his estranged wife, Carolyn Sue Pegues, three sons; Clifton ( Hedi) Pegues, Barnabus Lee Pegues and Christopher Bryan Pegues, daughter; Eldress Jennifer Pegues Marks, two sisters; Sarah Pegues Franklin and Lucinda (Dion) Blue, nine grandchildren, aunt; Bertha Mae Durrett, and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and many friends.
A Celebration of Life for Mr. James Curtis Pegues will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 2:00 p.m., Walker Funeral Home Chapel, 163 Irene Roberts Rd, Lillington, NC.
Interment will take place immediately after the Service in Resthaven Cemetery, Dunn, NC.
