Mr. James Smith, 40, of Shelby, NC, passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2020, at Atrium Health Medical Center, Charolotte, NC.

Left to cherish his memories are his children; Jayse Smith, Jayson Smith, Jadrien Smith, and Janiya Poston, all of Shelby, NC; father; James W. Smith, Sr; of, Buckhead, GA, siblings; Anishia Smith,Tina Wilson, Trina McKethan, Lando Smith, Shantell Smith, all of, Fayetteville, NC; fiancee, Ebony Eaves of Shelby, NC.  

Graveside services will be held on Sunday, May 24, 2020 at 1:00 p.m.,Highland Biblical Gardens, 601 Scott Currie Rd, Raeford, NC 28376. Attendance is limited to the immediate family.  

Please respect the Governor's Executive Order Number 120 and the family wishes, with no more than 10 individuals at any one time.
