Lula Corina "Mother" Bass

Ms. Lula Corina “ Mother” Walker Bass, 85, of 6124 Hwy 210 S, Bunnlevel, NC, passed away on Sunday, November 15, 2020, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Extended family and friends are being received at the home located at 6124 NC Hwy 210 South, Bunnlevel, NC 28323. PLEASE WEAR MASK. 

"Mother " leaves to cherish her memories, four sons, Freddie (Tikila) Bass, of Fayetteville, NC, Irvin (Patricia) Bass, Sylvester Gerald Bass (Lynda-deceased), both, of Bunnlevel, NC, Andrew (Lizzie) Bass, of Angier, NC; two grandchildren raised as her own, Syretta and Brian Spears, both of Raleigh, NC; one daughter-in-law, Cynthia Bass,of Lillington, NC, one sister, Laura “Lisa” McNeill, of Broadway, NC,one brother-in-law, Lonzell (Louise) Bass,of Raleigh, NC, one sister-in-law, Elder Ida (Bishop Purdie) Elliott, of Fayetteville, NC, one God-daughter, Renae (Greg) Elliott, of Hope Mills, NC, thirty five  grandchildren, eighty great-grandchildren, fourteen great-great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.  

If in attendance to Visitation or Service, you must wear a Mask or Facial Covering. 

A Visitation will be held Thursday, November 19, 2020, Walker Funeral Home Chapel, 163 Irene Roberts Road, Lillington, NC, from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm, with no more than 10 individuals at any one time.

A Viewing will be held on Friday, November 20, 2020, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., Services following the viewing beginning at 1:00 p.m.,Walker Funeral Home Chapel,163 Irene Roberts Rd,  Lillington, NC.

Due to COVID-19, the Governor of North Carolina has asked that all gatherings be limited to no more than 50 people including staff and all attendees such as clergy, ushers, musicians etc. 

Interment will take place immediately after service, in Anderson Creek Christian Center Cemetery,1680 Will Lucas Rd, Linden, NC.
