Mrs. Maebell McLean Hampton, 88, of Washington, DC, formerly of Bunnlevel, NC, daughter of the late Matthew and Josephine McLean passed away on Saturday, November 6, 2021.

Services will be held on Monday, November 22, 2021.

Viewing will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Homing Services will be at 11:00 am, Nazareth Baptist Church located at 3935 Seventh Street NW, Washington, DC 20011.

Mrs. Maebell leaves to cherish her memory, four sons; Thomas McLean, of Benson, NC, Donl McLean, of Coats, NC, Clarence (Velma) McLean, of Bunnlevel, NC and Matthew Earl( Betty) McLean, of Cameron, NC, three daughters, Barbara Jean (Alfred) McKoy, of Benson, NC, Joann Williams, of Lillington, NC and Ellen (Norman) Brown, of Washington, DC, 20 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren, 19 great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends.
