Margaret Lucille Taylor

Ms. Margaret Lucille Taylor, 79, of Lillington, NC, passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2020, at Betsy Johnson Hospital, Dunn, NC.

Extended family and friends are being received at the home of niece, Minister Janet Gunn, located at 1306 South 13th Street, Lillington, NC, between the hours of 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Ms. Margaret leaves behind to cherish her memories four godchildren:  Shania Knight, Melinda Vandergriff, Minister Janet Gunn and Larry Elliott; three sisters:  Cora Taylor Smith, Nora Taylor Parks and Irene Taylor McNeill and one brother, Willie Taylor.  She was blessed to have two very special friends—Mary Joyce and Mary Ann Murchison.  There is a great host of nieces and nephews that will carry her memory throughout the ages.

A Viewing will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2020, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., Funeral Services following the viewing beginning at 1:00 p.m., Walker Funeral Home Chapel, 163 Irene Roberts Rd, Lillington, NC.

Interment will take place immediately following the service in Lillington First Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, 183 Bailey Way, Lillington, NC.
