Raymond Howard

Mr. Raymond Howard, 71, of Dunn, NC passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at his residence.

Extended family and friends are being received at home of niece; Yolanda (Todd) Crocker, located at: 118 Jones Drive, Dunn, NC.

Raymond Vincent Howard, know to all as “Uncle Knookie” was born on February 25, 1952, to the late Lonnie Sr. and Eloise Howard. He departed this life on November 18, 2023.

Left to cherish his memories; two special children; Kimela Blue (Joshue), of Dunn, N.C. and Natasha McKoy, of Fayetteville, N.C., one sister; Louise Johnson, of Clinton, N.C., brothers; Donald Howard, of Selma, N.C. and Johnny Howard, of Lillington, N.C., grandchildren; Bricen Toler, of Dunn, N.C. and Noah Melvin, of Fayetteville, N.C.  one brother in law; James Walden, of Dunn, N.C., special long time companion; Patricia Mckoy, of Dunn, N.C., one great, great, great niece, Ka’Le McCallum, of Lillington, N.C., and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and many friends.

Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at 12:00 p.m., Erwin Church of God, 109 West C St, Erwin, NC 28339.

Interment will take place immediately after service in Bearskin Missionary Baptist Church, 4721 Bearskin Rd, Clinton, NC 28328.
