Sharetta " Rita" Donetta Dawson

Ms. Sharetta " Rita" Donetta Dawson, 33, of 100 Mustang Lane, Godwin, NC, passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2019 at Sampson Regional Hospital, Clinton, NC.

Friends are being received at the home.

Ms. Sharetta leaves to mourn step-father, Leary Fairley; she leaves to cherish her memories: her aunt and guardian Assistant Pastor Helen Parker (Elder Oscar) of the home Godwin, NC; uncle Tommy Dawson and a special aunt Tawanda of Autryville, NC;  aunts, Pastor Rena Sutton and Marilyn Williams of Dunn, NC; Betty McKethan (Charles) of Autryville, NC; Vanilla Burns (Tommy) of Fayetteville, NC; cousins, Le’Keshia and Talisa Dawson, Shanea Parker, Shakita Sutton,  Antwain, Montreal, and Deon Dawson, and god brother D’Mario Parker. She also leaves to cherish four special people she considered her aunts, Patricia and Linda Williams, Angel Pickett and Ann Fairley, as well as, a host of special cousins, family, and friends.

Viewing for “ Rita” will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2019, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., Funeral Services following the viewing, beginning at 1:00 p.m., Cape Fear Conference “A” Headquarters, 25 Beaver Rd, Erwin, NC.

Interment will take place immediately after the service in Union Hill Community Church Cemetery, 4448 Straw Pond School Rd, Dunn, NC.
