Tawyn Ann (Monroe) Chance

Mrs. Tawyn Monroe Chance, 58, of 340 Saddle Lane, Lillington, NC, passed away on Friday, March 31, 2023, at Wake Med Hospital, Raleigh, NC.

Extended family and friends are being received at the home.

Those left to cherish Taywn's memories and continue her “beautiful” legacy include her husband of 27 years: George L. Chance of the home; her three children: Na’Toshia Monroe (Teddy) and Ayleia Chance of the home; and Brandon Chance (Adacelys) of Angier NC; five grandchildren: Natalie, Nathan, Nolan, Noah, and Nickolas Opoku of the home; her father: Robert Lawrence Monroe of Fayetteville NC; her mother: Louise McKoy Monroe McMillian (William) of Lillington NC; her brother: Robert Monroe (Samantha) of Spring Lake NC; her four sisters: Sandra Currie, Angela Mitchell, Denise McKoy, and Elizabeth M. Worthy (Lawanda) all of Lillington NC; her brother-in-law: Curtis Chance of Bunnlevel NC; three sisters-in-law: Gwendolyn C. Blunt and Samantha Chance of Linden NC, and Teresa C. McNeill (Jamie) of Sanford NC; fourteen aunts; four uncles; eight nieces; fourteen nephews; her special nephews and nieces: Michael, Tracy, LaTrice, Dashawna, Bradley, Deante, Brittany, Darius, Robert, Chris, Shawn, and Travis; her special cousins: Gloria Price and Merdine Jones; generations of cousins; other relatives, and a plethora of friends.

A Celebration of Life for Mrs.Tawyn Chance will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2023, 2:00 p.m.,Cape Fear “ A” Conference Building, 25 Beaver Rd, Erwin, NC 28339.

Interment will take place immediately after the Service in Lillington First Presbyterian Church Cemetery  Lillington,  NC.
